If there were negative stars, I would use those. Receptionist, ‘Tara’, (in jeans, t-shirt, and dirty, greasy hair) was extremely unprofessional and RUDE. My husband made the appointment, and he was told they would follow-up in regard to insurance, cost, appointment confirmation, etc. None of those things EVER happened (they only had three weeks to complete those tasks, after all).
