Brilliant job had an oil fire boiler. Mark was really helpful and the two engineers Nigel and Craig done a brilliant job.
Previously I was charged for work that wasn't done, that matter was resolved. My partner called twice regarding queries to do with a boiler and was met with horrendous and verbally aggressive customer service by Andrew , wouldn't recommend them at all.
I've used Paul Derrys for years now, Mark and Andy are always friendly and helpful and the guys know what they're doing too. They are the first company that come to mind when I think of plumbing and heating in and around Newark; turns out they go further afield too after carrying out a job for me in Leicester. I cannot recommend them more, you won't be disappointed.
Had problems with my central heating not working so call Paul Derry Ltd , as usual Mark and Andy were very helpful and sent someone out same day. Boiler was very poorly and is over 10 years old so agreed a price with Mark for a new ,Boiler ordered that day and will be fitted Tuesday. Excellent service again from all at Paul Derrys. Well done guys and thanks very much , always good to know I can rely on you.
