I was given a two different quotes on my auto policy, given the run around, told to call back. Then I was told that I had to take out a home owner's policy as well, and of course they told me at the last minute after I cancelled my current policy and had no time to get a quote from another agency since the weekend was coming up and I had to work Friday until 5 and then Saturday until 2..
