Terrible bedside manner. Kept trying to recommend something that I said no to over and over again. I'm so glad he's hopped from job to job because after him I found a caring, compassionate doctor.

I started going to Dr. De Jong when I was 18 and he was my doctor for 8 years until he moved from the Sioux Falls area. If you are looking for someone who actually listens, who cares and treats you like a person.. he’s your guy. Since he moved I have yet to find someone who can even come close and it’s been over 5 years… no one compares. He delivered one of my children. I became high risk and he dropped everything when he was informed I was in the hospital. My daughter ended up being in the nicu and while he couldn’t technic... read more
