Great experience with Dr. Defranco. HOWEVER, their office billed me without explanation for a "new patient charge" when I clearly stated I was there for my yearly physical that is fully covered with the office. Make sure to check first whether you will be charged as a new patient (generally not covered) which is different than a physical (which is generally covered by Cigna)
