Staff were very friendly and did a good job restoring the bedroom.
Very disappointed in the lack of communication. Had a flood in the fall of 2024. It has been nothing but chasing the project manager down. Workers showing up not scheduled, sending plumbers when the items the plumber needed were not even on site, constant excuses when no one would show up. There were 2 items that were supposed to be completed on Friday… 1 item was completed. I should NOT have to pay out of pocket for simple items that should’ve been put back together.
