I have worked with Paul Davis professionally for many years, bringing them into commercial clients to do water mitigation and property restoration as part of my job. However, this last week I worked with them on a large water loss at my mother in laws in Kewaskum and a significant water back up loss at our home in Germantown that occurred over the weekend. Bryan and Katie at Paul Davis have been very professional to work with. They each keep us posted with the progress and get back to me in less than 24 hours with answers to my questions. During a fire, there are so many unknowns and these two understand that and are patient with my questions.

Kate and crew were efficient, respectful, friendly and hard workers in delivering our “stuff” after it was cleaned. Bryan met with us a day or two after the fire, explaining the process (which we forgot and called him/texted/emailed many times) and thereafter cheerfully and patiently answered our many questions. Nick Young, caring and compassionate , was at the scene of our fire and the next day brought his 5-6 man crew to walk through our fire/water/smoke damaged house to evaluate.
