I wish I had an option to give 0 star !!! I had been calling few mold inspection companies and pretty much everyone offered free inspection and mold treatment options post inspection. But I guess I had a bad day I picked these guys and scheduled. Point here is they never talked about services charges or inspection fee during scheduling. When the inspection guy came in he just used his torch and just checked few rooms and attic and said there is no sign of mold. I could not have asked for a better experience! After a stressful situation from ice damage to our home, Paul Davis was so helpful, responsive, and kind. I was thrilled with our project manager, Tia. She is very professional but personable and it is obvious how much she cares about her work and the people she's helping. If I ever need this kind of work again I will call Paul Davis immediately and specifically ask for Tia to be the project manager.
