I’m extremely grateful for the outstanding service provided by Paul Davis after my basement flooded. Edgar was great to work with and took the time to explain every step of the process so I knew what to expect, and he even helped with discussion and photo submission to my insurance company, so that on the same day, Nov 17, Christian and team were able to come and efficiently remove the wet carpet, cut out the necessary drywall, sanitize everything, and set up drying equipment to get the space dry as quickly as possible. Omar and the crew from Mokena that was sent out were professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. They came in and knew exactly what needed to be done and proceeded to do an excellent job. Leaving the basement clean and dry ready for the finishing part of the project. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
