I called for mold remediation. After three weeks of no response, I ended up calling them. They said they'd call back the next week. Then I received a call from another employee who scheduled a visit for the following day. After 30 minutes, he didn't show, and when I called him, he said he'd double booked that slot but would call me back and schedule something later. Did he call back? Nope. So I called Paul Davis almost 2 weeks ago to give me an estimate for water damage in my bathrooms. A young gentleman came out and did estimate and assured me that they would contact me soon. So I didn’t hear from them anymore that week. The following week we had bad snow so I assumed I wouldn’t hear from them.
