Horrible experience. Double billed, charged for items a year later I am finding they never did. Get an advocate-- dont deal with them without a professional on your side. The price you pay for an advocate will be so so worth it. Though you say you didnt double bill you did- the 3000,00 plus cleaning was on your bill and Monicas, I did reach out with documentation after many attempts Paul Davis never responded. I am still finding items Paul Davis was paid for but didnt do-- even now the list keeps growing. Get an advocate.
This is a 20 year family owned franchise! When my mom’s house flooded, they were there quickly to help salvage and box up her belongings! Their staff was kind and efficient. When we needed them the most, during a catastrophe, it was comforting to have Paul Davis of Volusia County, help my elderly mom. We are lucky to have businesses like this in our area.

PD did an excellent job on a condo we own in NSB. Brad C and Alan R did a fantastic job managing the project despite complications from other site work with the HOA. Work was top notch and PD is responsive to concerns. Recommended……
Paul Davis is a very professional mitigation company with an eye for detail, both in preparation, mitigating the water leak I experienced and clean up. I would highly recommend them.
