Kayla and Sam (who are led by Ben Warren) did a fantastic job of cleaning out the water damaged parts of our home. They took care of the ceiling in the bedroom and the basement as well as removing the damaged wood flooring and the dry wall. They took care of the mold that had started to grow. They also protected the furniture that hadn't been damaged and sealed off the rooms that were undamaged so that dust and other debris wouldn't spread throughout the house. I am very impressed. Our experience with Paul Davis could not have been better. We had severe ice/snow/water damage to one of our bathrooms and as soon as PDR was assigned by our insurers they responded immediately and stayed on top of the clean up and restoration effort until completion. We had a small amount of mold that needed to be removed. Everyone at Paul Davis was great to work with. The folks that came to our house were very professional, thorough, and efficient. We were very pleased and would use them again.
This was my first experience as a new homeowner requiring contact with another unit's insurance and mitigation/restoration in general. Wendy and all members of the team were constantly in contact with me, incredibly supportive, and did an amazing job throughout the entire experience. They did everything they could to support me through insurance claims and were incredibly quick to do all the work ....which was a lot ! I am so thankful to have had them help me through this experience and would recommend to anyone I know.
