Paul Davis Restoration came out to do mitigation & repairs for water damage. They were quick to do mitigation & get the repairs done. A portion of 2 walls needed to be replaced & they did a great job! You wouldn’t even know that 2 sections were replaced.
Excellent work exceeding all expectations. Gail in the office is a brilliant communicator. Melanie in billing is outstanding. ERIC the service provider handled the estimate, the containment drying, and all mold remediation WORK with alacity, efficiency, integrity, and follow through. Superior, caring team. RARE these days. I want to start with how much having a leak or damage to your house can stress you out. I was pleased that Allstate was in network with this company because from beginning to end they have been a pleasure to work with. I feel they truly care about their business and customers. The beginning process was with Shanna in the office that scheduled for our home to evaluate the damage from the pressure valve in the water heater closet.
