I had recently retired and moved to Florida. After I had moved louisville had gotten a major snow storm and my pipes on my home that was being sold frozen. Paul Davis Restoration came that very day my realtor discovered the water and took care of everything! Thank you.
Try to find someone else. In the end, the quality of the subcontractor's work was really good. However, the customer "service" was terrible. I called them about a dozen times, and was never able to talk to the person I requested. They eventually returned my calls, but more often than not had the secretary relay a message to me instead of letting me talk with the person I needed. Pathetic telephone manner. Can't get an inspection of the roof for 3 weeks? Not sure how this company survive!
