Remediation: Ishmael was great explaining the process and helping get our home dry and removing wet debris. Raul was excellent when he came to do the photographing for the insurance company and explaining the next steps. They have been awesome helping us with this ordeal. Update: most of the staff has been excellent, but communication is lacking majorly. Between sub contractors messing up and the company having to redo those mistakes it has been a very long process. Paul Davis was absolutely horrible to deal with. My job was an insurance restoration job after having water damage in my basement. After being told we needed 50% down to have them start the work and us having a hard deadline of Christmas week, we were told the November 18th start date was not written in stone. As it turned out they never communicated when they were coming and never returned calls or text messages unless they needed an answer.
