A couple months back we had a significant amount of water in our basement. After calling several different companies Paul Davis was the first to reply. They sent a representative (Nick) out to examine the situation. He was on time, polite and very helpful.
Paul Davis requested a $1k payment before any work was started. They did not communicate effectively with me . The project managers scheduled appointments but cancelled last minute. I had to repeatedly reach out to them for updates. They were contacted in January ( and paid in January)about the project and was notified today that they couldn't do the work and I would be receiving a check in the mail. Very unprofessional. If it was possible to leave Zero stars I would.
On April 7th, 2024, my husband and I were woken up by a fire that originated from our stove in our kitchen. One of our pets had managed to turn on a burner that had a plastic bin sitting on it, and it pretty quickly caught fire. My husband was able to put out the fire before the fire department arrived, but not before our house was filled with smoke and fire damage.
