An insurance company recommended Paul Davis for mold removal due to plumbing leak. Crew and coordinator seemed unprepared and uninterested in the job. There were multiple scheduled in person visits that were no showed. After initial mitigation mold counts were retested and came back elevated, Paul Davis said it was probably a different part of the house causing the mold. Hired a different company and mold was found adjacent to where Paul Davis had stopped working. Overall a poor experience from my perspective.
We had several boxes of contents that needed to be cleaned while we were in the process of moving. Micah came and picked all of it up and they cleaned and delivered it back to us. I called Paul Davis to give me an estimate on restoration of my mothers house do to pet damage on carpeting. Micah promptly came to my mothers house. The same day we got our estimate. We went with Paul Davis because of their promptness,professionalism and their ease to work with. Micah kept me informed on what was going on at my mom’s house during restoration. God forbid we need restoration again I will definitely call Paul Davis.
Although the remodel of our basement was initially an absolute nightmare, Delilah, Devon and Aaron came in and killed it when it came to fixing the mess that the first contractor made. They went above and beyond to make us happy with the final outcome, and we appreciated the time and attention they put into helping fix the first contractor's mistakes. Great company, great people. I have been working with them and the team is excellent. I would like to give a huge thanks to Delilah, she is knowledgeable and professional and she always there for you. Communication is top notch. They are always taking care of their customers and you will feel it from the first time you talk to them.
