Contacted them for getting an estimate on fixing the water damage of an old leak. They weren't able to tell me the cost of coming for the estimate, so told them we weren't interested. That was two weeks ago and I'm still receiving calls from them after telling them multiple times we won't be using their services, please stop calling
Had a pipe break in my laundry room and insurance sent out Paul Davis. They ended up leaving fans and dehumidifiers in the room for over a week. I was told they’d work directly with my insurance and when they came back to get the equipment they would do the demo and start the repair. I often had to call and follow up because they weren’t there when they said they would be. They told me someone would be in contact to start the repair.
