My office had a flood over the Easter Holiday weekend from a hot water tank leak, in the midst of my busiest income tax season. Paul Davis was incredible in responding quickly; Brandon did an excellent job drying and cleaning ensuring I can reopen after the long weekend without any disruption to my work flow. Highly reccomend Paul Davis, especially when you're unsure of the process during a claim!

One star is still too many. I wish I could put none. I had a backup sewage in my basement last summer. My insurance company hired Paul Davis without my consent. It was the worst experience ever. I cannot believe an established company can take advantage of people by charging for work not done. They broke things, they even cut a wire while opening a wall and they simply put a little piece of tape to be able to put the breaker back on.
