One star is still too many. I wish I could put none. I had a backup sewage in my basement last summer. My insurance company hired Paul Davis without my consent. It was the worst experience ever. I cannot believe an established company can take advantage of people by charging for work not done. They broke things, they even cut a wire while opening a wall and they simply put a little piece of tape to be able to put the breaker back on. Within two hours after I contacted my home insurance after my garden shed collapsed under the weight of heavy wet snow on February 24, 2025, Paul Davis had arrived to do a preliminary valuation. I dealt with Brandon Barr from Paul Davis after my basement flooded this summer. Every question or concern was taken care of right away. If Brandon told me he would be there at 8 am you could set your watch by him arriving. Paul Davis was really busy after all the flooding this year but Brandon is great at scheduling and the clean up crew did an excellent job, very professional I wish I knew their names to give them credit. All in all a great bunch to deal with Thanks to Brandon and his team.
