I'd love to know what happened to Dr Morales. I loved having him as my doctor. But one day he just disappeared! No notice from him, from Kaiser, nothing! And they're making it into some big mystery by not telling anyone what happened! Did he retire? Did he die? Nobody is allowed to say anything! Never in my life have I been mad at Kaiser. I've had their coverage since I was a kid. This whole thing is just plain bs.
Dr. Morales is an excellent physician because he will refer you to a specialist right away if you need to be seen by one. I thought I had pink eye & he immediately knew it wasn’t that & had me go to an eye specialist that afternoon who saw that I had a small scratch on my eye & gave me medication to treat it. Also, referred me to an excellent pediatrist who fixed my bunion! & has referred me to other excellent specialists as well! Doctor morales is great doctor and a wonferful person. He really cares about his patients. I have been his patient for more than 20 years, he always listen to me and help me anyway he can. I could not find a better doctor than him. Also his nurses staff are wonderful.
