He ran on time and was clear and approachable with my shoulder needs and options.
My dad who 93 and very stubborn and critical absolutely loved Dr. Metzger. He is a great listener and shows that he really cares about what was being said. He explains in depth about the procedure and why this or that is happening. My dad was so satisfied with the visit. We went to him for a second opinion but will using him in the future no doubt. He really put dad at ease.
