I am so thankful for the wonderful care given to my cat by Dr. Jackie and Dr. Hannah. They were so thorough and answered all my questions with a smile. My cat had to have surgery and did very well due to their knowledge and care. I also appreciated the time they took to keep me updated on his progress. Thank you to all who cared for my little fellow❤️
Don't waste your time they'll leave you on hold forever just to tell you even though you've been going there 20 years with multiple pets that they have no record (which they are suppose to keep for 7 years) and they aren't accepting "new patients" go somewhere they actually care about pets instead of this place that only cares about money.
There should be a 0 star option. Long story short.. we have a terminally ill dog and were meeting the provider for the first time. The provider was rough with her when trying to weigh her he almost broke her previously broken leg because it got stuck under the scale. When we said to STOP and BE PATIENT with her becasue she has a hard time walking and she's scared he didn't listen.. could have resulted in a broken leg which would mean euthanasation at this point due to our dogs CA diagnosis. Been going there for years. Most recently with my daschund who received amazing diagnostic and surgical care affordably.😊 The entire staff is great! Will continue to go there for years to come.
