I have been diagnosed with bladder cancer and was told I needed to start treatments in 5-6 week. I am at week 5 and the problem I have is getting anyone in the office to answer a phone call or return a call. Plenty of ladies in office but they do not answer the phone! After waiting 5 weeks I am being told I need authorization and the person who handles this is out of office until 3-30. REALLY 5 weeks and nothing has been done. On the other hand, Dr. Jo has been wonderful.
After being diagnosed with mildly aggressive prostate cancer I turned to a friend who had prostate disease in the past and he enthusiastically recommended Dr. Paul Jo and I am so so thankful for that. His very capable office staff and nurses took care of me like I was their sole patient.
