I would never hire anyone to insult and abuse me. My experience with this person was painful and long, a waste of thousands of dollars. I was given the royal runaround to find out nothing had been done. He dismissed my worries and facts he called a 'rant' that he wouldn't even dignify with a response. I walked away in tears.
