I was very nervous when I had a homeowners claim. I was expecting to have to argue with the claims adjuster over some stolen property. I didn't have to argue at all! In fact they were great! Andrea, at the office, was extremely helpful at both calming me down (hard to do)and helping me navigate the claims process. I highly recommend them and will be a client of theirs for life! Thanks guys!!
Excellent customer service. Dealing with insurance companies in general is like... dealing with an insurance company. Paul and his staff make it a pleasant experience. Always helpful with the best options, prices and the information to make informed consumer side decisions. Over the years I've found that it's the agent more than the company that makes the difference. You never really need insurance until you do. Our family has been very fortunate over the years, but its nice to know someone as kind and professional as Paul and his team are there to help us if something did happen. We were very happy with the service we got when we set up a couple years ago and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering an agent.
