I went to Dr. Cook for a consultation for a hysterectomy. I was able to get an appointment quickly. My appointment time was at 3:00 pm and I was in his office discussing my options at 3:05. Dr. Cook is very knowledgeable about the procedures he covers. He listened to my concerns and addressed the concerns in a non medical way. I was referred by a very dear friend to call Dr. Cook. Here's my issue. I can't get anyone on the phone to even set an appt. They take lunch from 12-1:30 every day, and then today is Friday and their office closes at 1pm. So I called at 12:45pm to make sure I got an appt before they closed. I've been on hold with their automated line for the past 17 minutes. This is the ONLY number for him, no email, no actual website for him. Can't get a hold of this guy? If this is how the service starts, I'd be scared to see how it ends.
