Dr. Paul Coggins is unbelievable. He is so thorough, kind and goes above and beyond, trying to help with other jaw problems & connecting me to the best care. I have met several people in my work circle and neighborhood who also love Dr. Coggins and his staff. You will be in the best hands!
This man shouldn’t be practicing dentistry. He totally missed diagnosing a raging infection under a molar and missed that the tooth was cracked in two places. He never looked at it closely, never referred me to a specialist. He simply prescribed a mouth wash. Luckily my periodontist caught it. The tooth had to be pulled and fortunately there appears to be enough bone left to do an implant. He will be hearing from my lawyer shortly.
Our whole family goes there, Dr Coggins is an amazing dentist, he’s gentle, he’s kind and he’s fun to talk to. Reception is exceptional, Andy is accommodating, efficient and also fun to talk to. All the hygienists I had were amazing too. We recommend Dr Coggins office to everyone we know. We’re so happy to have found them!
Unfortunately I’m unable to speak on the level of dentistry because the level of service was so poor. I had a medical emergency and was unable to make my new patient appointment that I waited for over 6 months for. When I called in that morning to cancel I also checked to confirm my daughter’s initial appointment for the following week. Dr. Coggins and his staff are absolutely the best! My first appointment was an emergency visit shortly after I moved to Raleigh, and I was in within the hour. Dr. Coggins and his team are professional, thorough, and happy to work with me on insurance co-pays, etc. Did I mention kind and patient? Those, too!! You will be glad you chose Dr. Coggins and his team.
