We hired Paul Coffey Construction for a full remodel of our 1950s ranch house, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. This was a down-to-the-studs project, and they managed it with professionalism and ease. We just completed our third project with Paul Coffey Construction and could not be happier. We have now done new construction, a large deck and a renovation of a different property and they all turned out great. Paul and his team know their stuff and make tough projects look easy. We had the pleasure of working with Paul Coffey Construction last year doing a family room addition. They did a great job and we were very happy with how it turned out. Gavin the project manager was very responsive to our questions and concerns.
Paul and his team did an amazing job with our major home remodel, no small task given that the house was old and full of hidden surprises! They dealt with having to add significant structural supports, dry rot in several places and the many challenges with maximizing space in a smaller home. We were able to achieve our goal of retaining the essence of our Tudor while updating it with modern and more efficient features. He and his team are efficient, professional, and work hard to keep the project on-time and on budget.
