Since 2011 we have built everything from luxury custom built homes to small deck projects, always with the focus of meeting our clients highest expectations. We just completed our third project with Paul Coffey Construction and could not be happier. We have now done new construction, a large deck and a renovation of a different property and they all turned out great. Paul and his team know their stuff and make tough projects look easy. They are incredible builders, but also great problem solvers. We had the pleasure of working with Paul Coffey Construction last year doing a family room addition. They did a great job and we were very happy with how it turned out. Gavin the project manager was very responsive to our questions and concerns.
Paul and his team did an amazing job with our major home remodel, no small task given that the house was old and full of hidden surprises! They dealt with having to add significant structural supports, dry rot in several places and the many challenges with maximizing space in a smaller home. We were able to achieve our goal of retaining the essence of our Tudor while updating it with modern and more efficient features. He and his team are efficient, professional, and work hard to keep the project on-time and on budget.
Let me first start by saying that I interviewed several contractors. Thrilled that I went with Paul Coffey. I can’t say enough good things about Paul, Gavin and the whole team. They are skilled professionals and a pleasure to work with. They were incredibly responsive throughout all aspects of the project. Their craftsmanship and most of all integrity can’t be beat. Paul and team worked on our kitchen, bathroom remodel and ADU, laundry conversion. Our remodel was smack in the middle of COVID and despite supply chain challenges, Paul and team were able to complete the remodel within time and with high quality.
