My 28-year-old brother has a terrible knee injury and can barely walk. He’d really like a treatment plan to move forward with his life. Dr. Charpentier has had his MRI results for three weeks, but has not reviewed them or called my brother. My brother calls almost every day to check in, but reception says, “it’s sitting on his desk and he’ll call you once he’s reviewed it.” This is absolutely ridiculous, abnormal and unprofessional.
