My 28-year-old brother has a terrible knee injury and can barely walk. He’d really like a treatment plan to move forward with his life. Dr. Charpentier has had his MRI results for three weeks, but has not reviewed them or called my brother. My brother calls almost every day to check in, but reception says, “it’s sitting on his desk and he’ll call you once he’s reviewed it.” This is absolutely ridiculous, abnormal and unprofessional. Dr Charpentier is an exceptional surgeon. Not only replace my hip with no problems at all but I was walking and putting all my weight on both legs two hours after surgery. In addition yesterday I think he saved my life. I had my girl friend call him I could hardly talk and he made sure I got the antibiotics I needed to make it through. Amazing just amazing. And doc if you ever read this thank you Im almost positive you save my life Eddie Friel
