I would of given Dr Charpentier a 5 + except that I can't because I was seriously overlooked by whoever is in charge(in his Willits office),or his incoming referral and mail.I have had my knee,hip and ankle surgery done by Dr Charpentier with the best success possible; however I recently 2+ weeks ago delivered a referral /request from my Dentist .The request was inquiring whether I needed antibiotics for dental surgery.That referral wasn't acknowledged & I had to cancel my dental surgery/root canal.I have called 3x and left ... read more

I was Dr. Charpentier's patient in 2020 after breaking the end off my left fibula. At the time he had pretty much zero knowledge of soft tissue damage such as can occur with a serious broken bone, and he really did not listen to me when I repeatedly said at every office visit "it's not healing right"; or the equivalent. I will suggest this MD to everyone I know ! A delightful "bedside manner" He immediately made me feel at ease. I got the feeling he heard me and actually cares about the outcome of our visit together. He explained every detail of future visits and what I could expect going forward. It's so rare to look forward to the next appointment with a doctor. I can't wait for mine !!! My sincere thank you Dr. Charpentier <3 you've given me hope :}
