I have had the pleasure of working with Paul Chapman Insurance Agency, Inc for over 30 years! Paul and I have been friends ever since our days coaching little league baseball (as rivals!). Our relationship has grown over the years both personally and through business. I have a very close friend who owns a competitor in the insurance market who asks me why I will not switch to his company now that I am the sole owner of Sumax. The answer is easy, Pam. Whenever I need anything or have any questions, Pam answers in a timely manner and I know that when she says she will get back to me, she will. Communication and follow up are the most important thing in my business and I will continue to stick with those that return the same kindness to me!

Hands down the best company. They’re always willing to answer questions and get back to you promptly. They treat you like a person not a number. They only want the best for you and I am so thankful that I found them!
