Shingles got my eye, and I saw a few other doctors first, but I stayed with Dr. Keenan. He was excellent and when it came to shingles impacting the eye he is very knowledgeable in the area, more so than the previous eye doctors I saw. I see some people complain about wait time and receptionist, but I am reviewing the doctor only here.
The receptionist was very rude slamming the sign in sheet attached to the chart and telling me to sign in and have a seat. Never greeted me with a smile or even looked up. The entire time sitting their the receptionist was slamming the chart and complaining. When I made the appointment, I was told to come in an half an hour early to fill out paperwork, so I did.
