Dr. Butts is now at SE i Medical Center in Dothan, Al. He examined me for a nasty fall on March 16, 2024. He told me in no uncertain terms to not let them put a c collar on me despite multiple fractures to the neck and face. I was being transferred to another hospital in Tallahassee,Fl. That was bad enough but he put in my record that I REFUSED c collar. That is a lie!!!! I have several witnesses who can verify this. Is this not falsifying a patient’s record??????
