They've been on time or early and I've always got to wear of needed to go on time thank you for the rides!
I think they are very. Unprofessional I had a ride scheduled for 230 and my sister is in a wheelchair chair which they know so it takes a minute to get outside and grab her oxygen and everything not to mention how long it take to get her ready to go somewhere but our ride was for 230 we got outside about 3 or 4 minutes late but like I said with my sister being disabled it takes a little longer anyway soon as we got outside the driver looked at us both and left so I called the company so they would know we were not a no show ... read more
I scheduled for a pick up last week for my doctor appointment today the 18th which was at 8:45 am well they said the bus will be here at 8:15 am which i was ready by 8 am Well 3 buses passed me by not one of them were my bus ride so i had to reschedule my appointment for a later date i tried calling the transit now nobody answering lol never again!!!!
Dropped off a person wasn't impressed with how it works I guess you have to call ahead of time Bemidji could use better public transportation it would be better for the city
