The customer service is absolutely terrible. The two times I've had to call them in 2 years have been extremely unpleasant and very rude. They have no compassion for any situation and refuse to do the smallest things to help. Had an issue where the wife thought I was paying the bill and I assumed she was paying it, so we fell behind, internet gets shut off, I realize the issue and call to pay the balance in total plus a 25 dollar fee to reconnect, I work from home so i need the internet, when asked about how long it would ta... read more

This is by far the TV reception I have ever had in my whole life, and I'm 66 years old! The Paul Bunyan TV reception is frequently terrible, horrible, unacceptable, unwatchable and extremely frustrating and aggravating!! I've had way way more days and nights of unwatchable TV reception in the two months since I switched to Paul Bunyan from Direct TV than I had in over 15 years of being a Direct TV subscriber.
