Paul came out really quickly, had a no nonsense approach, I detailed everything that was happening, he was quickly able to find the source without making a mess! Something not a lot of plumbers can do! He was also very respectful and knowledgeable letting me know what the plan was, how he identified the issue, the fix, and preventative steps. We bought a 40+ year old house in North Side and the water heater looked rough and outside hose bibs were leaking. A friend recommended us to call Paul Brown Plumbing & Heating, so we did. Randon is great to work with over the phone and text. She was able to get a team out to the house in a few days to take care of the water heater hose bibs and to help us look at some other potential issues we had.
