Paul came out really quickly, had a no nonsense approach, I detailed everything that was happening, he was quickly able to find the source without making a mess! Something not a lot of plumbers can do! He was also very respectful and knowledgeable letting me know what the plan was, how he identified the issue, the fix, and preventative steps.
