First off, I don't work or have any association with Dr. Bosco, DMD. I have lived in the NEK since I was 8 years old. I grew up going to dentists in St. Johnsbury and I honestly want you to KNOW the truth!! I started seeing Bosco about 6 years ago and wish I would have been going to him for the last 20 years! The scheduling, care and timely manner I have received even at a spur of a dying tooth ache has been totally incredible. Never have I experienced bad care, broken equipment, or nothing!!
Old equipment and chairs were uncomfortable. Long wait time for appointments when needed sooner. Four xrays without explaining why so many and said that's okay its on your bill. It wasn't okay without my knowledge. Dr was and staff were distracted on Friday.
First, my appointment was moved to another room because the older equipment in the first room broke right before I was to arrive. Then, after Novacaine had been administered, right before the doctor (not even Dr. Bosco-a visiting doctor) was to begin drilling, another piece of equipment broke and the doctor had to use alternate equipment!
Dr. Bosch is unconcerned about clients feelings or time. Trying to drill information from him and explain the treatment or process is like trying to pull his teeth (pun intended). Only does metal filling. But, his staff and reception are joyful and friendly. Recently changed hours so it can be difficult to get an appointment.
