Horrible experience. I was basically told Im not a man if I couldn't replace a rear directional bulb. He is supposed to be a mechanic and he couldn't do it. Thank you Magic wizzard for doing it. Paul Bob's NEVER AGAIN.
Highly recommend! I was driving in the snow, slid down a hill, bounced off a telephone pole, and ended up with drivers side tire pointing straight, and passenger tire pointing diagonal right. This was a Sunday night. Monday afternoon, I was going to every auto body shop I could find. After half a dozen shops said we don't do alignments, or, we can't take it until next week, Paul and bob's said as soon as you can get it here, we'll take a look at it.
