Paul turned up promptly and at the correct time, he did the work exactly as asked for, price was about right for the callout parts and work done, thanks !!

Paul was helpful on the phone in helping me work out what product I needed. He was also flexible with his time when it was realised that I had been supplied with an incorrect part by the store and he returned later the same day to complete the job. Unfortunately the work itself was in my opinion of poor quality with a fault as a result of a misplaced washer and an overall poor quality of work including silicone chunks left on surrounding tiles and on the floor and as advised by another plumber, not sealed properly. Absolutely useless! Charged $80 for the call out (which took him more than a day to turn up, even though it was an emergency) then $150 for 35 mins work and he only fixed 1 of 2 problems. Then added cost of parts then GST. Had no idea how to fix the second issue which I then fixed myself after looking at YouTube! DO NOT USE HIM EVER!
