Jake was very responsive and communicated every detail to us from our initial call. He looked at our current AC and furnace and explained clearly why they needed replacing. The service was very quick . Our furnace went down on Saturday overnight in the middle of Jan temps in the singal digits. I made the call to Pual Berestecki, left a message on Sunday when got up and relized the furance went out. Jake Paul son called me within a short time and stated he would be here shortly, on his way. Jake was able to get the furance running before he laeft. Jake also explained in detail exactly what was the issues with furnace. Call this team FIRST! Just go here. 🌟 Jake found the electric heat pump problem in 2 minutes; fixed it in 10 minutes. He also took the time to answer my questions and explained in detail; I learned quite a few things I wish I knew when the unit was first installed by another company who gave horrible service. Jake is also a plumber, so I'll call them next time I need plumbing help. It's such a relief to find a reliable service like this. I've already recommended them to a few people. I'd give these guys more stars if I could. We first called them in desperation in January when our furnace stopped working and the company we used to use blew us off. It turned out that we needed a part for our heat pump. It took a while for that to arrive (not their fault, it was on back order) but we were kept informed about the status (no badgering needed- they called us!).
