I've had chronic cervical and lumbar stiffness for years and was very surprised that Paul has been able to get movement in both areas, which has resulted in increased range of motion and pain reduction.
Dr. Paul does great work!! I have a transitional segment in my lower back, and even after adjusting my hips and back he gave me exercises/stretches to do to keep up with it. 10/10 recommend!!
