Well Happy Birthday to me! Just got off the phone with STATE FARM. Cancelled my policy at the beginning of the month and they still STOLE money from my account. Asked them when I would get a refund, the answer, "I dont know". Oh, but the amount they would be refunding is $1 less than the amount they stole. No one can answer why they are keeping my dollar. I know its petty but now its just the principal. The final words from the agent, dripping with condescension, "Well I will do everything I can to get you your dollar back".... read more
