This is not Paul and Lillian’s business any longer and it’s sadly obvious . They retired this year. Took two watches in for a battery. They didn’t have the batteries for both watches and wanted me to leave the one there till tomorrow when the battery would be in. . I wasn’t comfortable leaving it and said I’d be at some point. Sucks to change my review after going in after being a loyal customer. Prices were always a lot higher and supply limited but always paid the premium because of loyalty. After buying around 20 pieces through the years. Got an appraisal and had multiple problems. Prepaid a 14k bracelet that ended up being 10k. Diamond pendant had cz stones. Paul did a fabulous job on my wedding rings. I have osteoarthritis and my knuckles keep getting larger as the disease progresses. Paul had to size my rings up 2 sizes and did a spectacular job on them.
