Brought a charm bracelet in to get some links removed and needed some charms moved around. They did an absolutely wonderful job and I love my bracelet so much more now. Fits perfectly and customer service is top notch. Very very reasonable pricing as well. Wonderful work. I’ve been going to Paul Antypas for years and the new owners definitely have kept up the same amazing quality and service. Will definitely return as a customer and highly recommend them.
This is not Paul and Lillian’s business any longer and it’s sadly obvious . They retired this year. Took two watches in for a battery. They didn’t have the batteries for both watches and wanted me to leave the one there till tomorrow when the battery would be in. . I wasn’t comfortable leaving it and said I’d be at some point. Sucks to change my review after going in after being a loyal customer. Prices were always a lot higher and supply limited but always paid the premium because of loyalty. After buying around 20 pieces through the years. Got an appraisal and had multiple problems. Prepaid a 14k bracelet that ended up being 10k. Diamond pendant had cz stones.
