We saw Jupiter and 4 moons, plus galxies and other features, it was awesome and I learned a lot. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable, l recommend it if you are in town for the open house. Check the Facebook page to make sure.
Great place to visit, especially if you are a star, planet, night sky gazer. Somewhat disappointed on our night as it was a cloudy night. They do have back up plans for those cloudy nights if you make reservations. A true dark sky area. You will enjoy.
So cool! Definitely go for the open house!! Could have better signage but I get they don't want to advertise the very expensive equipment on the other side of the fence.

So Google wants me to give a review, yea well lol we went there on a Saturday night as the opening hours weren't clear, so we just gave it a shot. Till we got there, the gate was already closed and cars came out, so I guess we just missed it. We got there after midnight and it was a spontaneous decision to check this place out.
