Chris was extremely helpful, prompt, professional, and overall great to work with! They did a wonderful job on our roof - came out next day after storm to put temporary tar paper down where we lost shingles - and then completed entire new roof in 1 day, soon after insurance approved! Highly recommend!
A tree broke in half and fell on our roof. Maiden was quick to respond and get all the repairs made quickly. All concerns we had were cleared up quickly and communication was easy. The only issue we had was people telling us they were on our property. We requested this be done because we have dogs and people would be in our yard with gates and fence down. We need to know when work people arrive and when they leave and this request was completely ignored. Maidens hired services are semi understandable but maiden employees als... read more

We experienced a water leak from the main level to the second level bathroom. I called Paul Maiden. They showed up on time, disposed of the damaged materials, made the applicable repairs and cleaned up flawlessly. I would call Paul, Chris and Jeff again if I ever needed future repairs. This is an honest family business.
