It made me really nervous when I didn't see their diplomas or credentials displayed anywhere. It made me very suspicious. They didn't want to listen to any of my input or concerns. Every time I tried to say anything, they just cut me off or dismissed my opinions. I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed.
