Dr. Akerman and his staff where incredibly kind, warm and made me feel at ease with no worries about my procedure.
My father had an appointment to get a colonoscopy. He went through the excruciating preparation, and when he got to the office for his appointment, the front desk told him Dr. Akerman was not in the office. Apparently, they had tried to reschedule the appt. and left a message ON THE WRONG CELL PHONE. They did not try to get in contact with him to make sure he actually received the information. My dad went through all this trouble to not get the procedure done. This office is highly unorganized!
I was admitted @ Ri hospital. I was having GI problems. Dr. Ackerman explained the procedure to me and reassured me I would be okay. I could feel the God all over him. I became very relaxed and all my anxiousness and fear disappeared !
