This is a follow up to a previous post. Initially there was an issue about worn tires which were barely legal, some spots were worn beyond legal but I unfortunately let myself get talked into tire rotation which didn't really resolve the actual problem. Then I had my mechanic look it over & he found front end suspension problems which I presented to Garrison. Wrote a review in haste & anger. but I think that I wasn't wording myself properly about the issue. Got to talk to Garrison & the issue is going to be resolved. I regret writing a negative review - tried very hard to get it deleted but unable fyi do so.
Bought Nissan Pathfinder 10/23/25. Looks good except for tires. Everybody likes it but they point to tires & say I should have been given new ones especially since I paid full sticker price. But it seems I'm being ignored/avoided - sent email to Garrison with no reply , called Austin a few times talked to him once but he didn't actually call me. Amazing customer service. Every member who worked there took quality time out of their day to truly find me the best car for the best price. The team helped me figure out financial situations and insurance solutions with lots of patience and understanding. I would recommend this business to anyone looking to buy a car.
