Had my first appointment at 9am, the door was locked and I waited for an hour and left 2 voicemails. Not sure this place is even open?
I have been a patient of Dr. Martin for almost a year and she has done more for me health wise in this first year than I’ve had done in the last three. She has been on top of my health issues and made sure that my health is a priority. She doesn’t mind answering your questions and does research with you when looking for the right person to send you to/for with your speciality care. This place needs to respect others time. I'm waiting for my appointment and they late for 1/2 hours. I don't know why they need to setup an appointment for. Very unprofessional.

Katherine Martin, DO needs, seriously NEEDS to retire. She has clearly lost it. My child and I came for our first time appointments and waited 30 minutes for my child to be seen, which by then was my appointment time. During the first appt this provider did absolutely nothing except talk about COVID and the new vaccine that is coming out and that we should get it. Lots of statistics and rantings.
