I told her I wanted a straight cut my hair was dyed and I was growing out my hair I showed her much I wanted off. She asked me do you want me cut off the dyed part off I told her no I want less than that she said ok. At the end she cut off my the dyed part and even said we got rid of the dyed part she cut my hair above my shoulder. I specifically told her not to.

Worst place ever!!! I told the older lady i wanted to trim my hair and i’ve been growing out my hair to where it finally reached the middle of my back and the older lady cut it completely shorter almost to top of my shoulders. I’m very upset. My mom also got her hair done and didn’t get nothing close to what she wanted !! The lady who’s maybe around in her 30s did my mom’s hair. Esta señora Marina no sabe ni pintar ni cortar el cabello me dejo un color más oscuro y atras lleno de canas , el corte disparejo y carisimo el servicio , uno no puede trabajar con varios clientes a la vez servicio y trato pésimo . Se siente un ambiente muy pesado en ese lugar.
